Sometimes we all need a message from the Universe, no intuition necessary and no interpretation required.  This week's insights are from a beautiful deck which I love to use in situations like these.  They are called Grace Cards, by Cheryl Richardson.

Welcome to a brand new week!  :) 

I must confess, it's been quite a long time since I used this deck.  I picked it up years ago shortly after beginning my journey into the world of tarot because it just "called" to me.  The artwork is stunning and really draws you in, but there is simply so much symbolism going on within the cards that is unknown to me.  Truth be told, I really need to do some homework to fully grasp the underlying messages. All this being said, this week's insights are helping me to stretch out of my own "comfort barrier" and that is always a good thing, right?  So, here we go :)

Life Path 1
4 of Swords, reversed /4 of Cups, reversed

This is a period of incubation.  Lots on your mind this week as you come to a point where the path ahead has a few options and none of them look extremely clear from your perspective.  You'll do well to take a break and put yourself in a "time-out"... listen to the calm, still voice within you, and remember to breathe.  It may take a little time happening this week, but know that the answers will come.

King of Sacred Circles, reversed / 5 of Staves

A caution to the 2's this week:  think before you speak.  You are prone to overreacting to situations without choosing your words carefully.  Plans and teamwork, as well as group associations are at the forefront this week and don't be surprised if you are called upon to lead the others.  You ARE prepared for this.  Don't second-guess yourself, just do what comes naturally.

7 of Sacred Circles / King of Sacred Circles

You'll have more than you need.  A bountiful harvest is before you this week as you begin to reap what you have sown.  It's wise to conserve some of this abundance for future "rainy days".  This message literally could mean that your garden is doing well, or that financial gains can be expected this week.  Use this energy wisely!

6 of Staves, reversed / The Hermit, reversed

It looks as though this week is about learning important inner lessons about where you have placed your trust in others.  Remember that no one is infallible, even the wisest of people make mistakes so that they may learn from them.  Don't be too hard on yourself if someone you had placed on a pedestal has turned out to be less than perfect, and know that the character traits that we admire most in others tend to be those that we ourselves possess!

4 of Sacred Circles / 9 of Staves, reversed

You have thoroughly prepared for this week and have done all the required homework/research on projects you have planned.  Now as things start to get underway this week, there may be a tendency to resist the hard work that is necessary.  It's likely that projects will succeed as long as you are willing to take the initiative and put in the work required now. Draw on your past experiences and you'll be a force to be reckoned with!

8 of Sacred Circles, reversed / 7 of Swords, reversed

Words of caution for Life Path 6's:  Be especially wary of those who flatter you this week and/or ask you to teach them your skills or share trade secrets at work, as they may be planning to use them against you in the future.  Be sure that you have a clear understanding of any contracts that you sign at work or in business dealings.

The Moon, reversed / 7 of Staves, reversed

The Universe is speaking to you...are you listening?  Your intuition is running strong this week, and things may not be as they appear to be on the surface.  Look beneath the superficial situations in your life to see the truth.  Mysteries will be revealed as long as you are open to the experience of receiving them.  Pay close attention to your dreams and to any messages received during meditative states.

2 of Sacred Circles / The Emperor, reversed

Where have you cut corners recently?  These cards are calling attention to an upset in the natural order and flow of life.  Perhaps you have received some wise advice from someone which you didn't take and this is a reminder.  You have had the rare opportunity to foresee through the eyes of someone else the future progress of situations in your life that are now just beginning; take the advice that you have been given and stop blocking it thinking that you know better...I feel that it has been given in wisdom and caring.

The Tower, reversed / The World

Now that certain situations in your life which did not serve your highest good have ended and truth has been revealed, you are moving forward toward a culmination and completion of this long-term cycle of energy.  Reflect on what you have learned about the importance of building your future on solid foundations and being honest with yourself.  A whole new beginning awaits you once you've answered these questions...

  

By a vote on my Facebook page,  this week's insights are being interpreted using the Blue Moon Tarot deck by Julie Cuccia-Watts.  This is a very unique and non-traditional deck that is comprised solely of major arcana cards.

Life Path 1
The Magician (Full Moon in Cancer)
"Omnipresent, omniscience, omnipotence". 

What it means this week:  Time to clear the slate and start anew.  This week, focus on releasing yourself from difficult situations through the amazing power of forgiveness.  In doing so, light will emerge from the dark corners of your life and you'll see potential for growth and healing that you hadn't seen before. 


Life Path 2
The Fool (the Vernal Equinox)
"Young virgin male, extrovert, exuberant, light hearted, silly comedian, irreverence." 

What it means this week: Like the Fool, focus of being pure of heart.  Seek out truth and knowledge!  Take a leap of faith and allow the synchronicities of the universe to guide you in all that you do.  Trust that all is exactly as it should be.  Meditation and dreams this week will be especially powerful for you. 


Life Path 3
The Wheel of Fortune (Candlemas)
"Paradigm shift, invocation, destiny, hope, fate." 

What it means this week:  An expansion is taking place as destiny unfolds.  Hope and joy are being restored to your life.  This is an excellent time to plan for the coming weeks, and to participate in metaphysical education and inspirational activities.


Life Path 4
Strength (Full Moon in Gemini)
"Taking over of feminine, darkness over light, surrender, faith."

What it means this week: By surrendering to a situation, often we are empowered by it.  Look around this week and ask yourself what situations continue repeating in your life.  Do you find yourself repeatedly involved (romantically or otherwise) with people who present the same challenges to you?  What is the lesson?  Where might surrender be helpful? 


Life Path 5
The Hermit (Full Moon in Capricorn)
"Culmination of the heights and depths; Rapture; love comes full; union with the Higher self; extremes; depths of emotion; heights of the physical"

What it means this week:  Because this card bears a reference to the "honey moon" (during which "the Queen bee and her drones produce honey that will be fed to the next generation") this is an excellent week for romance! <3 <3 <3    Additionally, any activity that produces an end result that will prove beneficial for others in the future would be great this week.  Scrapbooking, photography, even home canning would fit the bill. 


Life Path 6
The Star (Full Moon in Aquarius)
"Universal Law, coincidence, synchronicity"

What it means this week:  Pay attention!  Synchronistic events are extremely likely this week as the universe shines a light on your true path.  Don't chalk it all up to coincidence.  This is a time of great healing in many areas of your life. 


Life Path 7
The Empress (Full Moon in Scorpio)
"Passion, lust, friendship, attraction, love, growth, fulfillment, maturation, nurturing, sex".

What it means this week:  Desires in your life run high as you are pregnant with possibilities :)  This week focus on planting seeds for the future, which you will nurture into fruition.  Not sure where to start? Follow your passion!  If things like money or logic didn't matter, ask yourself what you would do with your time...then plant a seed to manifest that dream by taking that first step toward making it happen!  Enjoy spending some one-on-one time with friends and loved ones...it'll definitely be time well-spent.


Life Path 8
The Moon (Thirteenth Full Moon)
"something rare, special, a misconception, mystery to unravel"

What it means this week:  Things are not what they seem to be, so tread carefully.  You may be feeling more emotional than usual this week, so it's probably not a great time to be making any major decisions.  Allow yourself time this week to "walk your path" a bit slower.  Relations with women especially may be tense and emotionally charged.  Pay close attention to your dreams with a dream journal if possible.


Life Path 9
Death (Full Moon in Taurus)
"Radical transformation, the Harvest, abundance, strong, hibernation, rest and ease, Bull/cow"

What it means this week:  When one door closes, a window opens.  A significant ending is taking place, and through this ending a rebirth will occur.  The intensity of this process will likely depend on how you choose to work with this energy during the week. (we always have this choice!)   This is a great time to "let go, and let God", and know that what is being removed from your life will be replaced with something that better serves your Highest good.

Life Path 1

Hermit / 8 of Wands, reversed

This is probably not going to be a week of action, but it's a great time to reflect and plan ahead. Last week's major decision should have already been made, and now it's time to just...relax.  Take a leisurely bubble bath while you reflect on the progress you are making and anticipate the journey ahead.  Know that all is just exactly as it should be and now that you've done your part to take action in making those necessary choices last week, it's time to kick back and go with the flow.   Affirmation for the week:  "The universe is conspiring in my favor". 


Life Path 2

4 of Wands, reversed / 3 of Wands

Even though you'd like nothing better than to grab your beverage of choice and take a break, you're not quite there yet.  This week's focus will be on considering the future of your business.  What should you tackle next?  Time to strategize and plan for the future.  Sit down with a business partner or trusted advisor and get your gameplan together.  You may find yourself considering new directions.  Trust your intuition and watch for synchronistic meetings/events this week!


Life Path 3

3 of Cups / Justice

It looks like last week's "party" may have gone a bit overboard.  Nurse your hangover/sunburn/upset tummy/empty wallet (if you didn't listen up when I cautioned you to avoid overindulgence) and get back to business as soon as you're feeling up to it.  The big question this week is "what did you learn?" All that aside, the Justice card is a card of karma.  Situations that you have recently created in your life are now coming to a head and you are either reaping the rewards or being spanked with a wooden spoon for it ;)   Either way, this week it's about learning the lesson and moving forward.


Life Path 4

The Emperor / The Star, reversed

Control!  Stability!  Authority! The Emperor is about building stuff that stands the test of time (like canned & processed food, lol)  What I see this week for you 4's is the need to be responsible and take action to help someone out, while knowing that you will probably not get the recognition you deserve.  In other words, you'll likely become the "wind beneath their wings".  Know that everything we do has a consequence or reward somewhere along the line and that by helping others we are truly helping ourselves...even if there isn't a big spotlight shining down on us.  Give for the sake of giving, help for the sake of helping.  No strings attached. 


Life Path 5

4 of Cups, reversed / Page of Wands, reversed

5's, it's time for a change.  You know this in your heart and need to acknowledge it in order to move forward.  Here's the good news:  The Page of Wands is bringing you the creative energy you need to make this happen!  You must acknowledge this energy though and might be blocking it out of the fear of change.  Have you been so wrapped up in the happenings of life lately that you've forgotten how to have fun?  Tap into this creative and imaginative energy.  Find new ways of doing the old routine and turn the ordinary into extraordinary! 


Life Path 6

7 of Pentacles, reversed / Judgement, reversed

How does your garden grow? This week is one of assessment. Investments of time or money that you made a while ago are now beginning to bear fruit.  Is this the direction you want to take things in?  Are you pleased with the probable outcome so far?  Would it be wiser to consider other paths?  Working only with the FACTS (important), examine the "big picture" this week, particularly where your job/finances are concerned. 


Life Path 7

The High Priestess / The Magician

Your intuition will be very strong this week, so pay attention and know that the answers you have been seeking are already there...within YOU!  Quietly asking questions during meditation would be a perfect exercise to help get to the root of recent events and the lessons you are supposed to be learning now from them. 

The Magician promises that you'll have all the tools you need to create and manifest your dreams, so use them wisely.  Make a detailed plan, list of goals, vision board, etc. so that you can see the path laid before you.  It'll make things much clearer and easier to navigate.


Life Path 8

10 of Swords / 2 of Wands, reversed

The number 10 represents the process of moving forward with experience. You have completed a cycle of growth and this week it's time to  begin a new cycle of growth and development.  The 10 of Swords shows a need to let go of the old ways of thinking.  Last week's challenge probably taught you a great deal about what you're made of and gave you deeper insights into what you are capable of.  According to the 2 of Wands, you're reluctantly at a crossroads and need to choose a direction to take things in.  This week, focus on letting go of your self-doubts and the power of positive thought. 


Life Path 9

Knight of Wands, reversed / 8 of Pentacles

Great news for my fellow 9's:  In these cards I see an exciting opportunity getting ready to enter your world this week!  This looks to me like it may happen in the form of a new job opportunity, in which you will be able to use your talents and abilities to the fullest extent.  Keep an eye out for such a situation and embrace it.  When reversed, that Knight of Wands can be an indication that we've forgotten who we really are (or who/what is really important to us) as a result of being too caught up on our own ambitions, so be aware of this as well & widen your focus a bit.

Life Path 1

Truth/Disruption

Last week we talked about things in your life coming to fruition.  This week is a major turning point for you 1's, and as always, you have choices.  Whatever it is that you've been dealing with, the cards are on the table and the facts of the matter are now crystal clear to you. 

Will you face the truth as it is, even if parts of it may be uncomfortable to deal with?  Will you take your time, be honest with yourself and make a carefully planned choice?  Whatever you decide to do, know that your decision will have a direct impact for a long time ahead.  The most important thing I can stress to you here is this:  build whatever you desire to your heart's content on SOLID, stable ground.  You must take your time and do things the right way, the first time.  Look back on similar situations you've faced and recall what they taught you.  This will avoid having to head back to the drawing board to start all over again.


Life Path 2

Conflict & Defeat/Victory & Success

There appears to be a need to separate or distance yourself from a situation that is causing you to feel held back in some way.  Take a breather for a few minutes each day this week and ask yourself where your mental energy is being drained.  Allow your intuition to guide you, then take action as needed. 

This week you can expect your integrity to be put to the test by others.  Hold firm to your beliefs and walk an honorable path, even if you think no one is watching (they will be), and Victory and Success will be yours! 



Life Path 3

Foundation & Achievements/Rejoice in Celebration

Wow, can you say PARTY? :)

Maybe it's the purchase of a new home, or renovations to an existing one.  Could be someone who was away finally returning home, or maybe that loan, promotion, or new job you were after finally being secured this week.  But somewhere, somehow, this week there is cause for a celebration, and it's centered around home and family matters.     

Go ahead, kick up your heels and have a great time!  Where alcohol consumption is concerned, be careful not to overdo it as there is an indication here for that. 


Life Path 4

Base (Red) Chakra / The Waiting Game

Hey 4's, you know that workout program, yoga, dance or tai chi class that you've been wanting to take?  Now's the time!  Also, if you've been trying to conceive a child, this week looks very promising in that department (wink, wink). 

I often say that work is like laundry.  You simply cannot get it all done, no matter how much you wish otherwise.  You may have been recently focusing too much of your energy outward, draining your own batteries. This week it's time to stop and recharge! 

The base chakra card indicates a need to balance and take care of the physical body.  Get up and MOVE your body, BREATHE and just BE.  I promise, you will feel sooooo much better afterward. 


Life Path 5

Solitude / Patience

Last week was about sorting things out and releasing what no longer was serving you.  As you move away from that energy these cards indicate that you now have a clearer perspective on your path through life.  You are deeply in touch with your own personal rhythms and cycles at this time and have access to wisdom through this connection. 

Know that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.  If you remain open, this week you may encounter a wise spiritual teacher, maybe in an unexpected place.  Accept wisdom and spiritual lessons with grace.

Also this week you will probably find yourself planting the seeds of new beginnings and changes throughout your life path.  Know that good things come to those who wait!


Life Path 6

Memories of Love / Balance

This week you'll likely feel a strong pull to the past.  This may be triggered by bumping into an old friend at the supermarket, coming across an old family photo album or a similar situation.  Memories are wonderful but it's not healthy to live in the past.  

After the healing that took place last week, this week you may finally come to terms with an event that happened in your earlier life which you had previously not been able to let go of.  Extract the positive elements of that memory and leave the rest to float away from you.  Know that without being who we were and walking the path we've walked to get here, we would not become who we are or who we will be one day. 


Life Path 7

Rejoice in Celebration / Wisdom

Well, if you got that "pat on the back" at work last week, then you're still apparently in celebration mode this week!  :)  Congratulations on your successful accomplishments!

Here's an interesting twist..it looks to me like you did SO well in your efforts work that now you will be selected to teach others how to do things!  The reward for a job well done.  Accept any opportunity to teach that comes up this week, it will make an excellent addition to your resume and be a positive experience overall. 



Life Path 8

Suffering in Silence / Stand Your Ground

Look out world, here come the 8's!  This promises to be a deeply empowering week for you.  Any fears that you had or insecurities about your abilities are now being faced and released.  You are realizing that fear is fed by the ego, and cutting off the "food supply" now enables you to stand your ground and claim your power back! 

You may be tested and challenged this week and you are definitely ready to face that challenge with your head held high.   



Life Path 9

Emotional Loss / Solar Plexus (Yellow) Chakra

We all find ourselves grieving at times.  We grieve when friendships end, when relationships go sour, whenever our heart has been attached to another person or situation and that connection comes to an end.  There is only one way out of grief...that is by going through it.  No one knows the lessons of learning through loss better than someone with a 9 life path (I speak from experience here). 

Somewhere significant to you, an ending is likely taking place this week.  Ask yourself what you learned from the experience, and why this ending has taken place?  How are you positively changed by the experience?  What can you do to honor the memory of this particular journey?  The Solar Plexus chakra stores our spiritual "battery pack".  When we are feeling low, this energy center can be rejuvenated through breathwork, movement, color therapy and by becoming aware of situations that drain us (then taking action to protect ourselves as needed).

2 of Swords, reversed / 10 of Swords

Full speed ahead!  The clarity & focus you experienced last week brought new ideas to the forefront, and this week the time for indecision is over for you 1's.  The week ahead is all about taking it to the next level:  pick your path and stick to it.   

Whatever you've been working on for a while now is coming to fruition at this time and things are moving fast.  Keep your eyes open for synchronistic happenings all around you, which will let you know when you're headed in the right direction. 

Carrying over from last week I do see a tendency to take on other people's burdens so be aware of this and take steps to protect yourself from energy draining people and situations.  Own your energy!  You've worked hard to get where you are now.  Enjoy it and be sure to take time to smell the flowers along the way. 


Life Path 2

Queen of Pentacles / Chariot

Your Chariot awaits and you'll need to maintain control over situations this week that oppose each other.  You may be called upon to be the voice of reason in a dispute between two or more parties in disagreement this week.  In these types of situations, keep things moving in a positive direction by concerning yourself only with the tangible facts and avoid getting sidetracked by petty details.  

Alternatively, this could indicate transportation issues or car trouble so be proactive and schedule an oil change or other preventative maintenance on your vehicle. 


Life Path 3

9 of Wands reversed / 10 of Cups

Well apparently the 9 of Wands issues from last week are not finished this week for you 3's.  There is a lot on your mind and the world is keeping you busy with "outer stuff"...the old "to do" list needs to take a back seat this week so that you can take a break to do something fun with the family!

Gicve yourself permission to enjoy the holiday together with loved ones and friends.  You will not regret a moment of it.  And don't worry, that list of yours will still be there next week ;)


Life Path 4

King of Wands / 3 of Pentacles

This week teaching others is strongly highlighted for you 4's, though it's likely you won't have to lift a finger to do so.  It's as though there is a light shining on you and simply by watching you at work, other people become inspired to put forth a bit more effort in their own lives.  This week you will truly lead by example.  So do what you love to do, have fun at it, and embrace your passion!


Life Path 5

Queen of Pentacles / 3 of Swords

5's, this week is about taking the time you need to nurture yourselves and releasing situations that no longer serve you.  Through this release, you will be inviting fresh, new energy into your lives.  Look around and ask yourself what needs to be released?  What is longer longer serving your highest good?  This may be physical clutter, or it may be relationships or situations that are just not going in the best direction for you.  Take the time this week to sort it out. 


Life Path 6

The Star / 2 of Swords

Last week you 6's had some work to do in terms of getting focused and clear in your relationships; now a healing from within is taking place.  Though you may be feeling vulnerable and sensitive at the moment, realize that what you are going through is part of a much bigger plan and that each day make you stronger and brings you closer to the end result. 

This week you'll be feeling re-energized where you may have been lacking motivation previously.  Remember that each and every moment of each and every day, happiness is a choice that is yours to make! 



Life Path 7

King of Pentacles / 8 of Pentacles

Work seems to be the focus of your week, 7's.  The universe is giving you a pat on the back for a job well done, so get ready to be noticed!

For those of you who were seeking employment, this week looks great for finally landing that job you had your hopes on!  For those of you who are currently employed, you will likely be noticed for your keen attention to detail and thorough work.  Your sense of judgement is still excellent this week; continue to rely on it.  Promotions, raises, and extra work are all prominently featured here.


Life Path 8

The Moon / Queen of Pentacles

Trust your intuition this week especially.  Logic will tend to be unreliable as you may not have all the facts.  The Moon rules emotions and natural cycles and therefore you will likely be feeling especially sensitive this week.  All of this considered, your "path" in life is probably going to feel pretty unclear.  Understand that this is a temporary feeling and realize that this sensitivity is a gift.  Also, any psychic abilities that you have been working with will be heightened under this influence.  

Above all else, take the time to nurture your emotions this week.  Do what brings you comfort, whether that be journaling, walking in nature, being around loved ones or making your favorite comfort food. 



Life Path 9

Knight of Wands, reversed / 6 of Wands

This should prove to be a very exciting week with all this fiery energy in your cards. The choices you had to make last week are pulling you out of your "rut" now and some positive motion is happening.  Just be sure to think about where you are heading as well as the impact this journey will have on all aspects of your life, including your relationships with others.  

You have the crowd supporting you in your endeavors, giving you energy and cheering you on from the sidelines!

4 of Pentacles reversed/Queen of Swords

This week there may be a tendency to hold on too tightly to material objects or finances.  Let that grip go a bit and you'll be happier for it!  Remember that "you" are not your "things".  Also, if you supervise others at work treat them with kindness and let them know that you value their work; you'll get much farther toward your goals with this mindset than by adopting the "my way or the highway" attitude.  Make it a team effort!

Your mind will be very fertile all week long; it's as if someone took off the proverbial blinders and you can finally see many things clearly.  No one waved a magic wand to make this happen; through your experiences you have grown immensely over time and are now able to incorporate this wisdom into your daily life.  It's been a rough path for a while, so you are ready to enjoy this new clarity and focus.  Work with it!  Just avoid getting into heated arguments because you "know better" than others.  Let them find things out in their own time.

The Hermit/2 of Swords

Time to head inward to get some answers.  You may have been a little off track due to recent events...this week the focus is on retreating to find your path again.  What does your gut tell you to do?  Honor that!

The "way" may not be clear out there in the logical world.  You will have to trust your intuition; especially in matters where you need to make a decision in order to advance any further...which is exactly what I am seeing happening this week for you.  Deciding not to decide is of course an option...but it won't get you anywhere.  If you're ready to move past this state of stagnancy...then withdraw for a bit, get introspective, listen to your own truth and make that choice!  It will literally bring new energy into your life.

Life Path 3

9 of Wands reversed/4 of Swords

Yikes, it's been a long road, and this week you find yourself at the end of this cycle of personal growth.  This may lead to feelings of impatience with others who are just starting this same journey.  Remember how you felt as you started down this path and be gentle with them. 

If you can get away from it all this week to take some time to think and reflect on this recent spiritual "growth spurt",  it would be an excellent opportunity to sort out what your next steps should be.  Meditation, reading, writing, or any other solo activity that stimulates your mind while relaxing your body would be wonderful this week in particular.

Page of Pentacles / King of Cups

Keep those eyes on the prize this week!  Just remember to occasionally break your concentration to look at the bigger picture.  This will help you to not trip over a rock (or your own feet!) while you chase your material dreams.   This is a great week for financial dealings; that job offer you have been waiting for could be just a phone call away!

Emotions will figure prominently this week and you will likely be feeling particularly amorous.  If you are involved in a romantic relationship already you will tend to approach it with a sense of maturity..if not then this is an excellent week to seek out a potential mate.  Your heart is open and willing to accept others just as they are. 


Life Path 5

Justice / Ace of Swords

Cross those t's and dot those i's!  Legal matters are featured this week.  This would include any type of contracts, wills, or other legal documents.  Pay attention and read the fine print on anything that you agree to.   
There is an opportunity to start something new this week and as long as you're careful,  excellent results are promised.  This could very well be the beginning of a beautiful long-term goal of yours!   

Particularly promising is the appearance of the Justice card...this tells me that the world is ready to "play fair" and that some positive karma is stopping by to pay you a visit.  Maybe it's a random act of kindness that you did for someone else and they are now returning the favor; but somewhere along the way you helped someone else in a selfless way and this energy is now returning to you.  Enjoy!!!

Death / 7 of Cups

It's a big week for you 6's.  Rule #1 with the Death card, of course, is that this card does not predict a physical death.  That's a bunch of Hollywood nonsense.  That being said,  this is a very powerful energy that presents itself this week.  It's the energy of transformation.  Like the caterpillar emerging from its' cocoon as a butterfly, we are not at all the same after facing this type of energy. So what does this mean for you?  This week something major (within you) will change, and I feel that this has more to do with relationship lessons than anything for you.  Considering the energy of the 7 of Cups, anywhere you had "visions of grandeur" where your emotions were involved will become suddenly very clear.  It's time to get real and get focused.  Then you can begin putting some foundations under those dreams so that they can become reality!

Judgement / 7 of Wands

The struggle is over and this week it's about making peace with the past. Time to ask yourself some important questions:  as you look back on recent times...what have you learned about yourself?  How has this changed the way you view yourself, your path, and the world? 

Though it appears that the odds have not seemed to be in your favor lately - this week, the cards are all on the table.  Are you ready to move on and rise above all of that?  It is likely that a major decision is approaching, such as having a child, getting married, or otherwise preparing to begin a new chapter in life.  Trust your own judgement right now; it is very clear and solid.

King of Pentacles / Hierophant

This week the focus is on money, work, and material success.  It's also about conformity (not something that comes easy to you 8's).  So here's the deal...you will be reaping the benefits of a job well done this week.  This is something in which you have invested a significant amount of money, effort and time which is now working well.  The catch is that you may have to harvest the fruits of your crop under someone else's terms, perhaps under the watchful eye of an outside firm or corporation.  Know that the direction you choose to take things in this week will have to be for the benefit of the masses or it probably just won't happen.  So, the smart thing to do here is ask yourself how this project you've been working on for the long term can help others?  Celebrate your successes by being charitable, you can't go wrong.

King of Swords / The Lovers

Ok 9's...time to choose. 

This week you are being asked to make a decision between 2 paths.  (I'm sensing a theme this week with all these choices needing to be made!)  For you 9's, this is a big one.  You've been going back and forth on this for a while now and the universe is tired of waiting for you to commit to a direction.  Pick a side and get moving!  The King of Swords is here to help you out of this rut you've been in.  He presents you with the ability to think clearly and creatively and uses his sword to cut through the fog of confusion. 

Once you choose you will get the momentum going again in your life.  Be aware that indecision this week would force the universe to choose for you...we don't want that!  So do some heavy thinking, make your choice and enjoy that new sense of purposeful direction that comes with it.
